Anywhere with warm beaches and a laid-back feel. I love cruising to beaches around the world.

A favorite quote?

It comes from Andy. Years ago when I had a deal go bad, he told me don't worry about it and just say: "NEXT"... I use this all the time and also tell others when they are down. And not only about real estate, but other things in life that gives us problems. (Editors note: Isn't that the truth and great advice to be given!)

Favorite place to grab lunch in Jax?

Starbucks. My lunch most days is a Caramel Frappuccino.

Any special talent(s)?

After working construction for 10 years and having my pool license, selling cars for seven years, and being a Realtor for 12 years, I hope I can help family and others with just about any problem that comes up!
