I've met and spoken to Rick a lot throughout the years that he's worked here, but I never knew he could jam and after further investigation -- he seems pretty darn good too! When I asked Rick to describe himself in three words he said, "Lover of music." I think musicians bring a lot to the table in all aspects of life. I'm surprised I didn't know he was a musician before because, now thinking back, he has a rhythm to his voice and a calm demeanor. I know he knows the right course of action in taking care of his clients, and he does it with ease.
