Born and raised in Jacksonville I know this city and I love selling homes here. I believe that our city’s neighborhood successes are essential for a healthy, striving city. Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Andy knew that he loved real estate from an early age. After serving in the Navy he decided to attend the University of North Florida. He took one class in Land Economics and was hooked! He knew at that moment he would be practicing real estate for the rest of his life. In his free time he loves for he and his wife Barbara to take their dog Sherman to the beach and to other fun dog parks in the area. I am a Jacksonville native and a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School (1988). I attained a degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida (1991). As a Navy wife of 20 years, I have lived and taught school in various places including, Puerto Rico, Memphis, TN, Pensacola, FL and Virginia Beach, VA. While in Memphis, TN, I completed a MA degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Memphis. I found myself assisting military friends with relocating to various areas by conducting research on schools, jobs, housing market, etc., which prompted my interest in real estate. I've always heard that, a person's ideal job is what he/she finds himself doing for free or for pleasure. For me that is real estate; I absolutely love working as a real estate agent (educating and assisting people with becoming home owners). So, I proceeded to get a Virginia real estate license in 2002 before deciding to come home to Florida where I have been licensed in real estate since 2007. Though I reside in Clay County, I am knowledgeable of the surrounding counties (Duval, St. Johns, Nassau) and I assist buyers and sellers in these areas as well.
Jaymie Brunofsky began her career in Jacksonville, Florida with Watson Realty. She left Watson when she and her husband purchased and managed a waterfront motel on the Gulf of Mexico. Jaymie opened and managed the Island Office for Kent Realty, while continuing her successful career as a real estate agent. She specialized in commercial, residential, and waterfront properties, as well as bed and breakfast establishments.
When the Brunofskys' sold their motel in Cedar Key they moved to Murphy, North Carolina, where Jaymie pursued her broker’s license and joined Exit Realty as an Associate Broker. She worked primarily with second home buyers and land developers selling mountain chalets.

In his past life, Shaun attended (FAMU) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology…graduating in the class of 2001. After graduation, he sought to improve the quality of life and well-being of children and families as a social worker. Now, being a Real Estate professional allows him to continue his goals by helping families achieve the American Dream.
