I am a Jacksonville native and a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School (1988). I attained a degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida (1991). As a Navy wife of 20 years, I have lived and taught school in various places including, Puerto Rico, Memphis, TN, Pensacola, FL and Virginia Beach, VA. While in Memphis, TN, I completed a MA degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Memphis. I found myself assisting military friends with relocating to various areas by conducting research on schools, jobs, housing market, etc., which prompted my interest in real estate. I've always heard that, a person's ideal job is what he/she finds himself doing for free or for pleasure. For me that is real estate; I absolutely love working as a real estate agent (educating and assisting people with becoming home owners). So, I proceeded to get a Virginia real estate license in 2002 before deciding to come home to Florida where I have been licensed in real estate since 2007. Though I reside in Clay County, I am knowledgeable of the surrounding counties (Duval, St. Johns, Nassau) and I assist buyers and sellers in these areas as well.
